September 15th is Felt Hat Day. With cooler fall weather approaching, it’s time to put those straw fedoras away, and pull out the warmer felt option.
Felt is a non-woven cloth that is produced by matting, condensing, and pressing fibers. Felt can be of any color, and made into any shape or size. It is the oldest form of fabric known.
Celebrating today is easy, I encourage you to wear a felt hat today. You can also make your own felt hat. Go ahead and pull out those good ol’ felt craft supplies and get started.
